These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of intuitiveuni.com (the "Site") and your purchase of digital products from Intuitive Universe ("we," "us," "our"). By using the Site or buying a product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or buy our products.
1. Who can buy
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from us. By buying, you confirm that you are 18 or older and able to enter a binding agreement.
2. What we sell
We sell digital products, including downloadable PDF workbooks and guides (for example, the Full Natal Chart Shadow Work Workbook). Products are delivered electronically. No physical item is shipped.
3. Delivery and access
After payment is confirmed, you will receive access to your download by email or through a download link on your receipt. Please enter a correct email address at checkout. We are not responsible for delivery problems caused by an incorrect email address, a full inbox, or spam filters. If you do not receive your product, contact us at connect@intuitiveuni.com and we will resend it.
4. License and personal use
When you buy a product, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download it, store it, print it for your own use, and use it on your own devices.
You may not:
Resell, share, give away, upload, or distribute the product or any part of it, in any form
Post pages or the full file on websites, social media, file-sharing platforms, or communities
Use the product for commercial purposes, including teaching, coaching, or client work, without our written permission
Copy, modify, or create derivative works from the product or its artwork
Use the product or its content to train artificial intelligence or machine learning systems
All content, text, artwork, and design are owned by us and protected by copyright. Buying a product does not transfer any ownership to you.
5. Not therapy, medical, or professional advice
Our products are for self-reflection, education, and personal growth. Astrology and shadow work content is not therapy, counseling, medical advice, psychological treatment, or a diagnosis, and it is not a substitute for care from a licensed professional. We make no promise about specific outcomes, results, or changes in your life.
Shadow work can bring up difficult memories and strong emotions. Go at your own pace and stop whenever you need to. If you are in distress or having thoughts of harming yourself, please contact a licensed mental health professional or local emergency services right away. In the United States, you can call or text 988 to reach the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline.
You are responsible for your own choices and actions. You use our products at your own risk.
6. Pricing and payment
Prices are shown at checkout in US dollars. We may change prices at any time, but a price change will not affect an order you have already completed. Payments are handled by a third-party payment processor. We do not see or store your full card details. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.
7. All sales are final
Because our products are digital and available immediately, all sales are final. Please read our No Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms.
8. Payment disputes and chargebacks
If you have a problem with your purchase, please contact us at connect@intuitiveuni.com before contacting your bank or card company. We will work in good faith to fix it. Filing a chargeback for a product that was delivered and accessed may result in us revoking your access to that product and any future purchases.
9. Product updates
We may update, improve, or correct our products over time. We are not required to provide updates or new versions unless we say so on the product page.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site and our products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. Astrological interpretations are symbolic and subjective, and we do not guarantee their accuracy or usefulness for you.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim related to a product will not exceed the amount you paid for that product.
Some places do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
12. Third-party links and services
The Site may link to or rely on third-party services, such as payment and email providers. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept them. The Terms in effect when you bought a product apply to that purchase.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the courts located in Georgia, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.
