All sales are final
Our products are digital downloads that you can access immediately after purchase. Because a digital product cannot be returned, and because it can be copied once downloaded, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase is complete.
Please read the product description and preview pages carefully before you buy. By completing your purchase, you confirm that you understand this policy and agree to it.
Immediate access
By buying, you ask for immediate access to the digital product. Where the law allows, you acknowledge that you give up any right to cancel or withdraw from the purchase once access is provided.
When we will help
We want you to receive what you paid for. Contact us at connect@intuitiveuni.com within 14 days of purchase, with your order details, if:
You were charged more than once for the same product
The file is damaged, will not open, or is missing pages, and we cannot fix it
You never received your download link and we cannot resend it
In these cases we will first try to fix the problem by resending or replacing the file. If we cannot, we may issue a refund at our discretion.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before filing a dispute with your bank or card company. Disputing a charge for a product that was delivered and accessed, without contacting us first, may result in loss of access to the product and the right to future purchases. We may provide proof of delivery to your payment provider.
Your legal rights
This policy does not limit any consumer rights that cannot be waived under the law where you live.
